What Horistics is.
Horistics is the logic of designating mental real estate that is exclusive to one concept. A horistic definition does not describe, approximate, or associate. It delineates — it draws the precise boundary within which one concept and no other can reside.
A valid definition must be apposite — it must hit the target exactly, with no drift — and airtight — it must admit no exceptions, no ambiguity, no circularity. These are not stylistic standards. They are logical ones. A definition that fails either test is not a definition. It is a description.
The difference between a description and a definition is the difference between pointing at something and knowing what it is.

Each node is a logical operation in the methodology. The nodes are interconnected — the output of one becomes the input of another. They are not rules. They are moves.
Each logic tree is a sequence of nodes applied to a specific class of concept. The number is growing. Every term that resists definition reveals the need for a new tree.

The system is not closed. There is a meta-methodology that determines when a new node is needed and how it connects to the existing structure. The methodology grows by its own logic — not by accumulation, but by necessity. When a term defies all existing trees, new nodes or trees are added in between. The definition then reveals itself.
